Police are appealing for dashcam, CCTV or mobile phone footage following an assault where an altercation broke out between two men at around 5pm on Wednesday 8 February in Newbury.
It is understood that part of this incident unfolded into the busy carriageway as a result of built up traffic. The incident took place at the junctions of Pear Tree Lane & Northwood Drive next to an alleyway leading to Curling Way.
